18 weeks- what a booger!

Baby Heuer at 18 weeks!
That Sweet Little Booger! We went in for an ultrasound on the baby on May 1, to make sure the baby is growing properly and also to see if we were having a little girl or little boy. Ian and I were SO excited we really had a hard time containing ourselves. As the ultrasound tech was taking all of the measurements, she noted that the baby is growing perfectly! What a praise! She also noted that the baby was so scrunched up, that there would be no way of telling if we were having a boy or girl. She suggested that I get up and move around, then come back for another ultrasound. We went back, and as you can see by this picture, the baby was still too scruched (the baby's knee and nose are touching)! Not only that, but there was not one single thing that we could do to make this child leave that position! He or she must get their stubborness from daddy! We go back May 29th for another ultrasound...now, I had a good talking to with the baby, so hopefully he or she will be in a better position this time;)
This pregnancy has been such an amazing time to reflect on what a great God we serve- He is knitting this precious child in my womb- every single moment, He has had His hand on our child, forming him or her into a precious being. What a truley AWESOME God!
We love you all and deeply appreciate the continued thoughts and prayers. I've said this before many times, and I will continue to say it, we are so blessed by you. Thank you!
