Baby's Length: 7.5 inches
Baby's Weight: 12 oz.
Baby's Size: Banana
Well, this week has been a week of change for our little "nanner" :) By now the baby's eyelashes and eyelids are fully developed. The baby also has hair on his or her tiny little head! So, LOTS of growing and LOTS of movement! Last night I was laying on the couch, and watched our little one twist and twirl all over the place for a solid 5 minutes! It was so neat! The baby responds to music, and our voices. He or she especially loves to listen to the group "Selah", and absolutely LOVES daddy's laugh.
As far as "me" goes, I have two words for you: Emotional and Uncomfortable! I feel so bad for the ladies at work who just want me to make a deposit for them, and I can't control myself enough to utter a "hi, how is your day" without getting a bit tearful. Unfortunately, I'm like a can of pringles...once I start, I can't seem to stop. Now, it's not an every day occurance, or even and all day thing. My tears come by whenever they please and usually stay around for a good 30-45 minutes. I know longer have a good nights sleep. I get so uncomfortable the moment I hit the bed. My legs hurt, my back hurts and my hip bones hurt...is that weird? However, I have finally found out how to position myself with pillows so that I am not in so much pain...although it is rather a sight to see. Ian wanted to take a picture of it to post on the blog....but as you can see, it didn't happen;) I do have a new belly shot, however, and will be posting that later on this week!
I am coming up to Indiana June 5th through the 12th for Jama's graduation, so hopefully I will be able to see you all then!
Love you all and thank you for your continued prayers!
Ian, Leah, and Sweet Little Baby Heuer
